“ On a work trip in El Paso finding House of Pizza was a treat. Downtown El Paso is empty if you haven't been. Abandon city, like for real. I digress. Let's jump right into this review. I stayed at the Aloft hotel which is around the corner from House of Pizza. Easy spot to get to on foot. What did I have? Pastrami Sub $11.95 Coke $2.95 (bottle) Pros 1. Christopher assisted me and he had the best customer service. Very friendly, personable, attentive, and anticipated customer needs. Christopher, you enhanced my experience and deserve five stars for your stellar customer service. 2. Food is made to order. Piping hot and delicious. 3. Prices are reasonable. 4. Inside of restaurant was clean including the tables and chairs were free from food, trash, and other things customers linger behind. 5. Very cool decor. Issa vibe with the dim lighting. Cons Not a one. I don't remember many things from El Paso. Not much to rave about .I do remember, Christopher and how he treated me at House of Pizza. If I return to El Paso - House of Pizza you have a returning customer. For all the locals and visitors - stop by, definitely worth trying. ”
“ pizza is 10/10 only rzn i cant give it 5 stars is because when i ordered i noticed the guy making my pizza use the same gloves he was cleaning with to make the pizza as well and didnt say anything bc i figured the oven would burn off any bacteria but i was wrong and developed a throat infection a day later. i shoulda asked for a refund soon as i saw that but i really thought the bacteria would be cooked off. 10/10 service but next time i see that i'll def say something ”
“ This place was awesome. The dough of their pizza is different but perfect in my opinion. They were short staffed and still killing a packed house. The ingredients were fresh and you get that pizza shop smell the moment you walk in. Unfortunately I didn't take a picture because I was starving but I highly recommend this spot if you're craving a Pizza, Salad or sandwich. Oh and I've had a lot of pizza from around the world, trust me give it a try. The server who I believe may also be the owner was awesome as-well. With just himself and one person cooking serving a packed lunch time rush. Try it! ”
“ Fast delivery, great food and Great customer service! Salads are awesome, fresh ingredients. ”
“ Came here on a Thursday evening around 7. There was only one other group at a table and us. The server politely reminded us they close at 8 which I found odd seeing as we still had an hour. My family opted for a variety of items on the menu; pizza slices, chef salad, meatball sub, and meat lasagna. The food came out surprisingly fast and tasted fresh and hot. Everyone enjoyed their dish with the exception of my daughter who got lasagna. She wasn't a fan of the sauce, it was savory and she prefers sweet. I tasted it and liked it, so it's just a matter of preference. The lasagna came with a ton of sauce and melted mozzarella which I loved, but she prefers more of a traditional form. Again, just preference differences. Two guys arrived around 7:20 and I observed the server clearly irritated and grumbling under his breath on his way to greet them. He informed them they close at 8 prior to even seating them and said they could only be served if they ordered right away. They happily agreed, but I was a little put off by it. You would've thought these guys waltzed in five minutes before closing based on how the server treated them. I contemplated knocking off a star based on the server's urgency to close up, but opted not to because the food was very good and the service was as well notwithstanding the closing issue. ”
